	Larry started Video Views back in 1985. After working out of their home for the first few years, Larry and Carole moved the business to its present location in Ballwin. He enjoys working with clients to create an artistic and memorable video of their event.
Larry Balsamo - President
	Carole is the vice-president and her main job is to keep the office running smoothly. She is in charge of purchasing, does the bookkeeping and makes sure everyone gets paid.
Carole Balsamo - Vice President
	Debbie answers the phone, schedules appointments and make sure everyone gets to where they need to be. She also enjoys doing the graphic design for our DVD labels and cases.
Debbie - Head Secretary
	After serving in the Marines for 8 years Phil moved back to St. Louis to help his dad with the business. He is our lead editor and a major guru when it comes to computers.
